This beautiful bright floral piece from Simon Ellis can be worn as a blouse or jacket. Bold flowers in pink, purple and green on a black background. This cute top has puff sleeves edged with black bows and a buttoned front. Nipped at the waist with the removeable black bow belt and finished with the peplum frill. Fun and flattering fashion. Sold at Peggy Ridge boutique in Darwen, both labels intact. Non stretch soft cotton with lining. In very good vintage condition.
