Original 1980s designer vintage navy pure silk blouse. Made in England by Julie Venetski this navy top has contrasting animal stripe detail, a plunging neckline and short sleeves. Fastens to front with one silver button/toggle and has ties to the inside waist area to keep the top secure. Very good vintage condition.
